House Updates

We are rounding the finish line with house building.  Hopefully, we will be settled in by the 4th of July.

Here are pictures from today!

Reese at 2 months

Can you believe I am this big?

Interesting Facts:

totally outgrown preemie clothes, but wears a 0-3 months shirts and newborn pants.
Drinks 4 ounces of formula.
Sleeping 5-6 hours at a time at night
DOES NOT like to be laid down.  LOVES to be held.
Her eyes have turned to blue and she has a reddish tint to her hair.

Last minute trip to beach

This past week was supposed to be the week we go to the beach with my family.  Well, this year Benji and I did not think we are going to be able to go.  Well, very lat minute I decided to take the kids for a few days.  We stayed with Scott and Sherrie.  We missed Benji, because he did not go, but had a very good time.

Mothers Day

Because of the baby dedication this year, we found it easier to have my mom and grandma over to Benji's parents for a mothers day lunch.  Here are a few pics.

It was a beautiful day.  We love you mom!

Mothers Day/Baby Dedication

We had both Ben and Reese dedicated on May 9, 2010 (mothers day).  ALl 3 sets of grandparents were there, 2 sets of great grandparents, and it was a beautiful day.

Prior to the dedication, we were asked to sit on the pew and wait.  The actual ceremony was a few minutes into the sermon.  Well, of course, right before the dedication, Ben informs Benji that he has to go the bathroom.  Now, Benji was already sweating and dreading the fact that we had to stand at the front of the church and this made it worse.  Benji took him and they were a few minutes late for the ceremony.  The preacher made it work and everything came out ok.  It was just funny and another day in the life with Ben.

7 weeks

All she needs is a flapper dress and she is ready to go!

Strawberry Fields forever

One of the many bad things about being a working mom is missing out on a lot of fun things with my babies.  However, last week I got to go with Ben's class to Strawberry Hill.  We had a great time.  We got a tour, by the happiest tour guide ever, some strawberry ice cream and some strawberries to bring home.  Ben ate so many I thought he might wake up with red skin.
